About Organize PDF

See every page of your PDF as a thumbnail and put them in the right order. Drag pages to move them, remove the ones you do not need, and save a clean new document. It is the quickest way to fix a scan that came out in the wrong order or tidy up a report before sending it, and it all happens locally in your browser without uploading the file.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. 1

Drop a PDF onto the tool to load its page thumbnails.

  2. 2

Drag thumbnails to reorder the pages.

  3. 3

Remove any page you do not want in the final document.

  4. 4

Click save to build the reorganised PDF and download it.

Why use this tool

  • Visual thumbnails make it obvious which page is which.
  • Reorder and delete in one pass instead of using several tools.
  • Pages are copied unchanged, so quality and selectable text are preserved.
  • Private by design: thumbnails are rendered on your device.
  • Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS without installing anything.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Nothing is written until you save, so you can keep moving and removing pages until the order looks right.

Merge the files first with Merge PDF, then open the merged document here to put pages in order.

No. A new PDF is created for download and your original stays exactly as it was.

There is no fixed limit, but very long documents take longer to render as thumbnails on slower devices.

Use Rotate PDF for that. It can turn individual pages by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, then you can come back here to reorder them.

Page content and links inside pages are kept. Bookmarks that pointed at deleted pages naturally have nowhere to go, so check them in long documents.
