About Alternate & Mix PDF Pages

Scanned the front sides of a stack of paper, flipped it and scanned the backs? This tool rebuilds the document in the right order by taking page 1 from the first file, page 1 from the second, then page 2 from each, and so on. Reverse the second file when the backs were scanned last page first, which is how most single-sided scanners work. If one file is shorter, its leftover pages are simply appended. All processing is done in your browser.

How to use Alternate & Mix PDF Pages

  1. 1

Add the PDF with the front sides and the PDF with the back sides. You can add more than two files.

  2. 2

Tick reverse for any file that was scanned in reverse order.

  3. 3

Click Alternate to interleave the pages.

  4. 4

Download the combined PDF with pages in reading order.
