Travel & Hospitality
Travel and hotel software that keeps your guests yours
Booking engines, guest apps and tour platforms that make booking direct as easy as using a big travel site, so that you keep more of each stay and get to know the guests staying with you.

Why direct matters
Your guest fell in love with your place. Why does someone else own the relationship?
You remembered their anniversary, left flowers in the room and carried the bags up yourself. They had a wonderful time. Next year, they will still search on the same big travel site where they found you, and you will pay commission for a guest you already won.
Travel sites are useful and bring you people you would never have reached. The aim isn't to leave them. It is to give the guest an easy way to come straight back to you.

What travel software has to get right
Guests may be booking from another country, on hotel Wi-Fi, in a hurry. These are the things we check early on.
- Speed on mobile
- Travel is often booked on phones, so booking pages have to load fast on slow connections.
- Multi-currency and language
- Prices and policies shown clearly in the guest's language and currency.
- PCI DSS and SCA
- Card security and strong customer authentication for European guests, with less data stored on your side.
- Hotel structured data
- Schema markup and accurate rates, so that search engines can show your hotel properly.

Travel & Hospitality: common questions
How much does a hotel booking engine cost?
Connecting a ready-made engine to a good website costs far less than a fully custom build, which suits groups with unusual rate rules. We will suggest the cheapest option that does the job, along with a written estimate.
Can it work with our PMS and channel manager?
In most cases, yes. We connect to common PMS and channel manager systems through their APIs, so rates and availability stay accurate everywhere.
Will more direct bookings hurt my OTA listings?
Not if you do it sensibly. Most hotels should stay on the big sites for reach, and use their own site to win repeat guests. Check rate parity clauses in your OTA contracts before offering lower public prices.
How can a small hotel increase direct bookings?
Make your site quick on a phone, show the full price clearly, give a real reason to book direct such as a free breakfast, and follow up with past guests by email.
Do guests really want an app for one hotel?
Usually not. For a single property, a web check-in link or WhatsApp is often better. Apps make sense for chains and frequent travellers.
Can you build a platform for tours and activities?
Yes, including departure scheduling, guide assignments, group bookings, deposits and multi-language pages.
