Construction & Engineering

Construction software that puts the right drawing in the right hands

Site apps, project tracking, document control and safety tools for contractors and engineering firms. Built for gloves, sunlight and patchy signal, and for the crew as well as the office.

On the ground

Nobody on site wants to pour concrete twice.

A crew finishes a section of wall by Friday afternoon. On Monday, they learn that the drawing changed last Wednesday, and the update was sitting in someone's inbox. The wall comes down. Nobody did a bad job. They were simply working with the wrong information.

The people who build things take real pride in their work, and rework hurts their schedule, the budget and morale alike. Much of it starts with a missing message or an out-of-date file, and those are problems software is good at solving.

What construction software has to cope with

The job site is a hard place for software. These are the requirements we plan around.

Site conditions
Offline mode, large buttons, screens readable in sunlight and voice input for dirty hands.
BIM and CAD formats
IFC, Revit and DWG workflows connected, so that models and field work stay aligned.
Safety records
OSHA-style logs and local safety rules, with records stored so that they stand up later.
Audit trail
Who approved which change, when and on which revision. It matters when disputes arise.

What we build

Construction management software, for the site as well as the office

Procore and Autodesk are strong products, and you may only need help connecting them. We build when your workflows, trades or reporting don't fit, or for the field tools your crews will actually open.

  • Site apps

Daily logs, photos, snags and timesheets, offline-ready and simple enough for use on a scaffold.

    Mobile Apps Development
  • Document and drawing control

The latest revision always in front of the crew, with alerts when something changes.

    Software Development
  • Project dashboards

Schedule, cost and progress against plan, drawn from live site data rather than last month's report.

    Software Development
  • Safety and compliance

Permits, toolbox talks, incident reports and inspections, logged with time and location.

    Software Development
  • Equipment and materials

Where each machine is, what's due for service and what's arriving on site tomorrow.

    Software Development
  • AI for site reports and BIM

Turn photos and voice notes into reports, and link site issues with your BIM model.

How a construction software project runs

  1. Visit a live site

We talk with foremen and project managers where the work happens.

  2. Start with one painful form

Daily logs or RFIs often become a first app that crews actually accept.

  3. Test on one project

Try it on a real job, then learn from the crew before you spread it.

  4. Connect the office

Link scheduling, accounting and BIM tools once the field data is reliable.

Construction & Engineering: common questions

How much does construction software cost to build?

A single site app costs far less than a full project management platform. Tap through the brief on this page and we will send you a written estimate.

Should we buy Procore or build our own?

For many firms, buying is the sensible choice. Custom makes sense when your processes are unusual or licences are costly for a large field workforce. It can also fill gaps around the product you already use.

Will our crews actually use it?

Only if it's faster than what they do now. We test with foremen on real sites, keep screens simple and drop anything that adds work without helping them.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Field apps store drawings and forms on the device, and sync when connection returns. We also tell people clearly whether they're seeing the latest version.

Can it connect to BIM and accounting tools?

Yes. We connect to Autodesk, Revit and IFC workflows, as well as common accounting and ERP systems.

Can you help with subcontractor management?

Yes, including onboarding, insurance and certificate tracking, work orders, progress claims and payment status.
