Manufacturing & Industrial

Manufacturing software that spots trouble before the line stops

Shop-floor apps, MES and ERP connections, machine monitoring and predictive maintenance. Built to help the experienced people on your floor, and to capture what they know before they retire.

On the factory floor

The person who can hear a bearing failing is retiring next year.

There's a technician on most factory floors who can tell by the sound that a machine is about to go. Nobody wrote that down. The night it fails and they're not there, the line stops, the phones ring and someone drives in at 3am to start working through a paper manual.

Good factory software doesn't replace that person. It captures what they know, gives new staff a chance, and sends the warning before the failure rather than after. Few things pay for themselves as clearly.

What we build

Factory software and MES development that works with the machines you have

You probably won't replace your equipment or ERP because of us. We add a useful layer on top of them, starting with one line or one problem.

  • MES and shop-floor apps

Work orders, digital instructions, quality checks and traceability on tablets at the machine.

    Software Development
  • Predictive maintenance

Vibration, temperature and run data that warn you early, along with maintenance logs that people will really use.

    AI Development
  • OEE and live dashboards

Output, downtime and quality by line and shift, from the machine itself rather than from a clipboard.

    Software Development
  • ERP and PLC integration

OPC UA and MQTT links between machines, MES and SAP or other ERP systems.

    Software Development
  • Quality and traceability

Batch genealogy, inspections with photos and fast answers when a customer has a complaint.

    Software Development
  • Training and knowledge capture

Video instructions and searchable fixes, recorded from the people who know the machines best.

    Website Development

What factory software has to respect

Production can't stop for a software update. These are the principles we work to on every floor.

IT and OT security
Machines kept on separate networks, following IEC 62443 principles, with outbound-only connections when possible.
OPC UA and MQTT
Open industrial standards, to help you avoid being locked into one vendor's system.
ISO 9001 and traceability
Records that make your quality audits and customer investigations easier.
No production risk
We read machine data first, change one line at a time and always have a way back.

How a manufacturing project runs

  1. Walk the floor

We spend a shift with operators and maintenance, on the actual line.

  2. Choose one bottleneck

The machine or line whose downtime costs the most gets the first sensors.

  3. Prove it on one line

We compare results against your own baseline for a few months.

  4. Roll out carefully

We add lines and connect to the ERP once operators trust the data.

Manufacturing & Industrial: common questions

How much does manufacturing software cost?

A dashboard for one line is a small project, while a plant-wide MES is a far larger one. We recommend proving value on a single line first. Tell us about it, and we will send a written estimate.

Can you connect to older machines?

Usually, yes. Machines without modern interfaces can often use add-on sensors or PLC gateways, so you can get useful data without replacing them.

Do we need a full MES, or would something smaller do?

Many plants get most of the benefit from a focused app or two, such as downtime tracking or digital work instructions. Start there, and let a bigger system justify itself later.

Is it safe to connect factory machines to the cloud?

It can be, when done carefully: separate networks, one-way data flow where possible, encrypted connections and on-site options for sensitive plants. Production safety comes first.

How accurate is predictive maintenance?

It depends on your data and your machines. Simple threshold alerts often deliver value quickly, while models get better with more failure history. We measure against what really happens on your line.

Can you integrate with SAP or other ERP systems?

Yes. We connect work orders, inventory and production data with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and other ERP systems through their standard interfaces.
