Education & eLearning

eLearning software that helps students finish what they started

Learning platforms, class apps and assessment tools for schools, universities and training companies. Enrolling a student is the easy part, so we build for week three.

Why finishing matters

Every learner who quits started with a reason to be there.

Someone signs up after work, hoping this course leads to a better job. They do the first lesson on their phone during a commute. In week two the video buffers, a deadline passes without a nudge, and nobody notices they have stopped. They assume the problem was them.

Good teaching is still the heart of it. Software's job is to remove the small reasons to give up, and to tell a teacher early enough that a person can step in.

What we build

Custom LMS and eLearning app development for real classrooms

Off-the-shelf tools like Moodle suit many institutions, and we will say so if you are one of them. Custom work earns its cost when your teaching model or business model doesn't fit the box.

  • Learning management systems

Courses, cohorts, grading and certificates, multi-tenant if you serve several schools or clients.

    Website Development
  • Student and parent apps

Timetables, homework, fees and messages, with offline lessons for patchy connections.

    Mobile Apps Development
  • Live classes

Video classes with attendance, recordings, breakout groups and whiteboards.

    Website Development
  • Assessments and proctoring

Question banks, auto-grading, feedback and exam integrity tools.

    Software Development
  • AI tutoring and early warning

Practice that adapts to each student, and alerts when someone starts drifting away.

    AI Development
  • Course selling

Payments, subscriptions, coupons and affiliate tracking for training businesses.

What education software has to get right

Learners may be children, and their records can follow them for life. We build these requirements in from the beginning.

FERPA and COPPA
US rules for student records and for children under 13, covering consent, access and what you may collect.
GDPR and local rules
Privacy requirements for student data in Europe and other regions, including stricter limits for minors.
SCORM and xAPI
Content standards, so that your existing courses can move in and your data stays portable.
WCAG accessibility
Captions, keyboard navigation and readable layouts, so that no student is shut out.

How an education project runs

  1. Talk to students and teachers

We find out where people really give up, which is rarely where managers expect.

  2. Prototype one learning journey

From sign-up to the first finished module, tested with real learners.

  3. Pilot with one cohort

One class or course goes live, and we measure completion and support requests.

  4. Roll out and integrate

We add payments, SIS connections and analytics, then expand course by course.

Education & eLearning: common questions

How much does an LMS or eLearning app cost to build?

A focused course platform costs much less than a multi-school system with live classes and proctoring. Use the brief on this page, and we will reply with a written estimate.

Should we use Moodle or build a custom LMS?

If your teaching fits a standard course structure, Moodle or a hosted LMS is often the sensible choice. Build custom when the learning experience itself is your product, or when you are working around the tool every day.

Can you migrate our existing courses?

Yes. SCORM and xAPI packages move across directly, and we can script imports for video, quizzes and student records from most platforms.

How do you improve course completion?

Shorter lessons, clear progress, timely reminders, offline access, and alerts that let a teacher contact a student who has gone quiet. Research also links shorter courses with higher completion.

Can the platform work on low-end phones and poor connections?

Yes, if planned from the start. We use adaptive video, offline downloads and lightweight pages, and we test on inexpensive Android devices.

How is AI useful in education software?

It helps with practice questions, instant feedback, summaries and spotting students at risk. We keep teachers in charge of grades and always make clear when AI is involved.
