Telecommunications
Telecom software that answers the question before the customer calls
Self-care apps, customer portals, BSS and OSS integrations and AI-assisted support for operators and ISPs. Your network connects people, so your software shouldn't leave them stuck on hold.
Work out what avoidable calls cost you
Why connection matters
When the connection drops, someone's day stops with it.
A student's video class freezes the night before an exam. A small trader can't take a digital payment. They open your app to check for an outage and find nothing. So they call, wait on hold, and repeat their account number to three different people. Your agent has no more information than they do.
Connectivity has become as basic as electricity, and billions of people still don't have it. For those who do, the experience is often decided by whether anyone tells them what's going on. That's something software can fix.

- 2.2 billionpeople were still offline in 2025, most of them in low and middle income countries.ITU Facts and Figures, 2025
- 74%of the world's population is now online, about six billion people.ITU Facts and Figures, 2025
- 94% vs 23%is the gap in internet use between high income and low income countries.ITU, summarised by UN DESA, 2025
- 77% vs 71%of men and women use the internet, so the gender gap hasn't closed yet.ITU, summarised by UN DESA, 2025
What we build
Telecom software development that sits neatly on top of your existing stack
Few operators want to replace their BSS. Most need modern experiences on top of what they have. We build that layer and keep the core stable.
Self-care apps
Usage, top-ups, plan changes, SIM management, outage notices and bill explanations in plain language.
Mobile Apps DevelopmentBSS and OSS integration
API layers over billing, CRM and provisioning, so that new products don't wait on old systems.
Software DevelopmentAI support assistants
Answers common questions and briefs the agent on the customer's situation when a human is needed.
AI DevelopmentAgent desktops
One screen for account, network status and history, which cuts handling time and repeat questions.
Software DevelopmentField service tools
Installer scheduling, job details and customer updates, including offline mode.
Mobile Apps DevelopmentChurn and network analytics
Spot customers likely to leave, and link network problems to the people affected.

What telecom software has to respect
Your regulator and your existing systems shape what's possible. We check these early.
- TM Forum Open APIs
- Standard interfaces where your stack supports them, so that later integrations are less painful.
- Identity and SIM rules
- KYC for SIM activation and SIM-swap protection, following local regulations.
- Subscriber data privacy
- Call records and location data get strict access controls and retention limits.
- Low-end devices
- Light apps and USSD or SMS fallback, so that customers on basic phones can still get help.
How we work with telecom teams
Read your call reasons
Your top ten reasons people call usually shape the whole roadmap.
Build the API layer
We expose what's needed from your BSS safely, without touching the core.
Launch self-service
Start with the most common requests, and measure the calls that actually disappear.
Add AI and analytics
Add AI support once the data is clean and the handoff to a person is smooth.
Telecommunications: common questions
Can you build on our existing BSS and OSS?
Yes, and that's usually the best route. We add an API layer over your existing systems, so that you get modern apps without a risky core replacement.
How much does a telecom self-care app cost?
The main cost is usually integration, not the app itself. Once we know which systems it must reach, we can provide a written estimate.
Can AI really reduce support calls?
It can for routine questions such as balance, bills and known outages. It works best when it can see real account data and hands over to a person, with context, when it can't help.
Do you work with small ISPs and MVNOs?
Yes. Smaller operators are often the quickest to benefit, because a good customer portal and billing connection can remove a lot of manual work.
How do you protect subscriber data?
With role-based access, encryption, audit logs, masked data in test systems and retention limits in line with your regulator's rules.
Have you done this kind of integration before?
We have strong integration experience across industries. One client, Aibak Electrics, had 15+ third-party systems connected by our team. We don't list a telecom operator in our portfolio, and we'd rather tell you that up front.
