Automotive software that earns a car owner's trust

Service booking apps, workshop management and dealer tools, from the team that built Auto GTG, a platform connecting vehicle owners with certified service providers for repairs, roadside help and parts.

A question of trust

Most drivers feel nervous handing over their keys. Software can change that.

The warning light comes on the morning of a long drive. You don't know much about engines, and you know you don't. So you call a garage, get a price you can't judge, and spend the day wondering whether you've been taken for a ride.

Clear pricing, photos of the worn part and a message saying when the car will be ready cost very little to provide. For most owners, that is what good service feels like. It is also what keeps them from going elsewhere next time.

What we build

Automotive app development for workshops, dealers and mobility startups

Our own Auto GTG work covers much of this list. Whether you run one garage or a national network, the goal stays the same: fewer unanswered questions for the car owner.

  • Owner apps

Book a service, approve work, pay and keep the car's full history in one place.

    Mobile Apps Development
  • Workshop management

Job cards, technician scheduling, parts, estimates and invoices with digital vehicle inspections.

    Software Development
  • Service marketplaces

Connect owners with vetted providers, as with Auto GTG, including ratings, dispatch and payments.

    Website Development
  • Roadside assistance

Location sharing, nearest-provider dispatch and live arrival tracking for the worst moment of someone's week.

    Mobile Apps Development
  • Spare parts ecommerce

Search by vehicle, fitment checks and live stock, so that the right part arrives the first time.

    Website Development
  • Connected car and fleet data

OBD-II and telematics data turned into service reminders and early warnings.

What automotive software has to get right

Trust goes first in this industry, then integration. These four keep coming up.

Written approval
Estimates approved by the owner before work starts, with a clear record. It protects both sides.
Vehicle data standards
VIN decoding, parts catalogues and OBD-II, so that the system knows exactly which car it is dealing with.
DMS integration
Dealer management systems often need careful connections, which we scope early.
Privacy of location data
Where a car has been is sensitive, so tracking is opt-in, limited and clearly explained.

How an automotive project runs

  1. Stand in the workshop

We see how a job moves from phone call to invoice, including every delay.

  2. Start with booking and updates

These are the parts owners notice, and they pay back quickly.

  3. Add the back office

Parts, technicians, inspections and accounts come next.

  4. Grow the network

Add branches, providers or marketplace features once one site runs well.

Automotive: common questions

How much does a car service app cost to build?

A booking app for one workshop is far smaller than a multi-provider marketplace with roadside dispatch. Ask for the Auto GTG walkthrough on this page, tell us what you need, and we will give you an estimate.

What is Auto GTG?

A mobile platform we built that connects vehicle owners in India with certified service providers for repairs, roadside assistance, spare parts and car care. It is in our portfolio.

Can you integrate with our dealer management system?

In most cases, yes, through vendor APIs or approved integration routes. Access rules differ between DMS vendors, so we check yours early.

Can customers approve repairs from their phone?

Yes. A digital inspection with photos and a one-tap approval is one of the most popular features, because owners can see why the work is needed.

Can you read data from the car itself?

Yes, using OBD-II adapters or telematics providers. It's useful for fleet maintenance and reminders, and we always make sharing data optional for owners.

Is this useful for a single independent garage?

Yes, though we might recommend existing software with light customisation. We will tell you honestly if custom development isn't worth it at your size.
