Toronto is the one city on these pages where we can sit at the same table. Our office is on Shawson Drive in Mississauga, near Pearson airport, and that is where Canadian projects are coordinated.

  2. Written scope and estimate

    Milestones, what each one delivers, the acceptance criteria and the price.

  3. Build in milestones

    A working demo at every milestone, weekly written updates and a shared project board.

  4. Launch and support

    Release, handover of code and credentials, then maintenance on agreed response times.
